Happy Mother’s Day from all of us at Novakovich Orchards!

Today, we especially want to celebrate the incredible mothers in our family — Leah, Wendy, and Alyssa — along with all of the amazing moms in our orchard community. We are so thankful for everything you do and hope your day is filled with love, family, and something sweet.

As we continue gearing up for harvest season, we wanted to share a few orchard updates for the week.

Currently available in our fruit stand:

• Dried apricots

• Apricot slabs

• Dried nectarines

• Dried prunes

• Dried pears

• Caramel corn

• Jams & jellies

• Honey

Cherry season is currently expected to begin around June 1st, although this year’s crop is looking very slim due to the early spring heat waves that impacted many orchards throughout the valley. We’ll continue to keep everyone updated each week regarding expected availability and when cherries may officially arrive in the fruit stand.

As for our beloved Blenheim apricots, we are currently anticipating harvest to begin sometime in mid-June! We know many of you look forward to them every year, and we’re just as excited as you are. We’ll be posting updates on our social media pages as soon as fresh fruit becomes available.
